The hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. The rooms were perfect for our family of two adults and a young toddler, and the terrace view was amazing. The service from the front desk to the poolside staff was exceptional, with a special shoutout to Sumit for making our stay unforgettable. The location, right on the beach, was beyond my expectations, although I was disappointed to find out about the exclusive pool access for club members. The dining experience was delightful, offering a nice selection of dishes, though a bit slow in the F & B outlets. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is very innovative, accommodating lots of things. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making for a good stay. The service is super helpful and friendly, especially Sumit. The location, despite being very busy and family-packed, offers a spacious and good experience, particularly around the beach. The dining options are excellent, with various choices, although there have been occasional disappointments. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.
The hotel has amazing rooms with excellent views, although our room wasn't ready upon arrival. It was clean, calm, and comfortable throughout my stay. The friendly and helpful service from all staff members made my experience memorable and welcoming.
